What it is

Aerial exterior washing for buildings traditional crews can't reach safely.

Building washing is our flagship service. Using FAA-certified drone operators and low-pressure soft-wash chemistry, we clean the full exterior envelope of mid- and high-rise commercial buildings — without scaffolding, without lift rentals, and without putting workers at height.

The result for property managers: dramatically lower cost-per-clean, no lane closures or fenced-off entrances, no tenant disruption, and detailed before/after documentation as the default deliverable on every job.

  • Up to 7+ stories accessible.Beyond what most boom lifts can safely reach.
  • Single operator.Replaces a multi-person rope or lift crew.
  • 20–40% the timeline. Most jobs complete in a fraction of traditional time.
  • Full documentation.Before/after imagery on every job, by default.

Drone vs. Traditional

How aerial cleaning compares.

We're not dogmatic about the tool. Drones win on most modern commercial buildings — but it's worth seeing the comparison side by side.

Where ground crews still win: hardscape pressure washing, dumpster pads, low-clearance work, and select interior tasks. We deploy ground crews for those, drones for the rest.

How it runs

Process — building washing.

Step 01

Survey & Scope

On-site walkthrough, surface assessment, airspace check, and chemistry selection.

Step 02

Compliance

FAA flight authorization (LAANC where required), COIs, building owner notifications, runoff plan.

Step 03

Clean & Rinse

Controlled chemistry application, dwell time, low-pressure rinse — pilot ground-station throughout.

Step 04

Document & Report

Before/after imagery, condition notes on identified issues, and recommendations delivered post-job.

Compliance

Documented and compliant by default.

What we deliver before any drone leaves the ground.

Compliance isn't a deliverable we add on request — it's a precondition for mobilization. Every job includes:

  • FAA Part 107 certification — every operator, every flight. Certificate numbers available on request.
  • LAANC airspace authorization where the building falls inside controlled airspace. Filed before the site visit.
  • Certificates of Insurance — $1M general liability + $1M aviation hull/liability, with the property entity listed as additional insured.
  • California chemical compliance — biodegradable, runoff-aware soft-wash chemistry. Containment plans where storm drains or sensitive landscaping are nearby.
  • Building owner notification protocols — tenant communications drafted and approved in advance.
