What it is

High-pressure cleaning, delivered honestly.

Pressure washing is the right answer for hard, durable surfaces with deep-set staining — concrete walkways, parking structures, loading zones, and dumpster pads. The job uses high-pressure water (1500–4000 PSI) to lift oil, gum, tire marks, and ground-in dirt that chemistry alone won't move.

Most pressure washing happens on horizontal hardscape, which means most of it is best executed by ground crews with surface cleaners and high-flow units. We deploy drones for pressure washing only where they actually win — typically upper-level concrete columns, hard-to-reach plaza surfaces, or coordinated work on a building washing job already in flight.

  • Ground-crew delivered.Surface cleaners, high-flow units, professional operators.
  • Drone-supplemented.For elevated hardscape and access-constrained columns.
  • One vendor, one job.Bundled with building washing or maintenance contracts.
  • California runoff compliant.Containment, capture, and disposal handled.

  • Oil & fluid stain removal
  • Gum & tire-mark cleanup
  • Pre-resealing prep
  • Storefront aesthetic resets
  • Routine quarterly cleanings
  • Post-event cleanup
Why drone-based — sometimes

We're not dogmatic about the tool.

Honest answer: pressure washing is mostly a ground-crew service. Drones add value in specific scenarios — and we're transparent about which ones.

How it runs

Process — pressure washing.

Step 01

Surface & Stain Assessment

Match PSI and detergent to the surface and the staining type. Identify runoff path.

Step 02

Containment & Protection

Storm drain covers, capture mats, vehicle relocation, and tenant communication where required.

Step 03

Cleaning

Surface cleaners, hot water where needed, controlled high-pressure for stuck-on staining.

Step 04

Capture & Report

Wastewater capture and proper disposal, then before/after imagery and notes delivered.

Compliance

Wastewater and runoff, handled.

What pressure washing requires that low-cost contractors often skip.

The chemistry, water volume, and contaminants involved in pressure washing carry real environmental obligations. We meet them.

  • Storm drain protection using mats, berms, or vacuum recovery — depending on the site.
  • Wastewater capture for jobs with oil, fluid, or hazardous staining — disposed at appropriate facilities.
  • California Industrial General Permit awareness for industrial sites with NPDES obligations.
  • Detergent selection matched to substrate and runoff path — not "more is better."
  • Tenant & landscape protection — pre-rinse, signage, vehicle protection.
